Auditions set for MCC’s production of ‘Twelfth Night’

The Black Box Theatre at McHenry County College has announced auditions for the fall production of William Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night” from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 27 and 28, in the Black Box Theatre, Room D167. The play is directed by Jay Geller, MCC speech and theater instructor.

Roles are available for seven men and five women. Auditions are open to students, staff and community members. Actors will be asked to prepare a one- to two-minute classical monologue or readings will be provided. No experience is necessary. Scripts are available on reserve in the MCC Library.
