Lisle wins regional semifinal in rout

They#146;ll face top-seeded Walther Lutheran on Saturday.Waubonsie Valley 10, Lake Park 0:The Warriors (18-12, 17-8) wrapped up a share of the Upstate Eight Conference Valley Division title with the six-inning win over Lake Park (20-13, 13-10). Six unearned runs paved the way in the second inning. Kyle Limanowski went 3-for-3 with a double, homer and 4 RBI as he tied the single-season program record with his eighth home run. Mike Murphy added 3 hits. Winning pitcher Joey Cuzzone improved to 3-2.Neuqua Valley 5, East Aurora 3:The Wildcats (21-9, 13-9) swept the Upstate Eight Valley series, breaking a 3-3 tie with a run in the sixth and seventh innings. Nick Iarrobino went 3-for-4 with 2 RBI while Tanner Giesel also drove in 2 runs. Winning pitcher Max Biedrzycki and Nick Blackburn combined on the mound. York 6, Addison Trail 3:Joe Paparone, Jake Rzeszutko and Pete Doughty had 2 hits apiece for the Dukes (20-12) in their West Suburban Conference crossover win. Phil Ganser had 2 RBI while River Pitlock was the winning pitcher. Anthony Catanese went 3-for-4 with 2 runs scored for Addison Trail (13-17).Willowbrook 20, Proviso West 2:A 10-run third inning, followed by a 7-run fourth, powered the Warriors (17-12) to the five-inning West Suburban Conference crossover victory. Dom Battaglia, Tyler Adams, Dan Fahlgren, Conrad Keefe and Alex Aiello each had 2 RBI. Mark Garbacz tripled and drove in 3 runs. Winning pitcher Dan Johnson allowed a hit in 3 innings. Glenbard West 3, Hinsdale South 2:Mike Laning went 2-for-3 for the Hilltoppers (14-18), who scored all their runs in the first inning of their West Suburban Conference crossover win. Tyler Curtis struck out six over 6 innings to earn the victory.
