Two chefs team for final 'Unique Pairings' event

Chefs Dominique Tougne and Tony Hu recently worked with Culinary Arts students during the final Unique Pairings dinner at College of DuPage.

Hu of Lao Sze Chuan and other restaurants in Chicago's Chinatown and Dominique Tougne of Bistro 110 incorporated their individual styles into a unique, multi-course dining experience recently served in the Escoffier Dining Room.

Unique Pairings, a series of three dinners that paired together renowned Chicago chefs, was a fundraiser for the new Culinary & Hospitality Center, currently under construction on campus in Glen Ellyn and scheduled to open this summer.
