COD Offers Free Workshops on Recruiting Interns March 25 and April 8

The College of DuPage Cooperative Education and Internship Program will offer two free workshops with information on implementing and/or expanding an internship program.

The “Build Your Team…Bring on an Intern” sessions will take place from 2:30 to

3:30 p.m. Friday, March 25, and Friday, April 8, at the College's Student Resource Center, Room 2052 (Board Room). These programs are free and open to the public.

Participants will receive information on planning and recruiting for internship programs, acclimating interns to a new work environment, the types of work provided by interns, implementing an effective review process, and creating an overall “win, win” experience for both the intern and the hiring organization.
