Lake County ARTcetera Gallery plans Valentine’s Day sale

Artistic gift ideas for Valentine’s Day will abound at the College of Lake County ARTcetera Gallery Valentine’s Day Sale, being held Feb. 8-9.

The sale runs from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and features 10 percent off all original art, including handmade jewelry, scarves, ceramics, sculpture and photography, with 20 percent off for Friends of the Gallery.

ARTcetera is located adjacent to the Robert T. Wright Community Gallery of Art in the Library/Learning Resource Center, 19351 W. Washington St. in Grayslake.

Valentine’s Day sale shoppers who become a “Friend of the Gallery” will receive 10 percent off in the gallery shop at any time for one year and an additional 10 percent off gifts purchased during art show openings and seasonal sales. The next ARTcetera special event will be the spring sale on April 27 and 27.
