Naperville Central wins
Naperville Central 51, Sandburg 35: Emma Ondik scored 19 points and Jill D’Amico added 13, all of hers in the second half, for the Redhawks at the Naperville Central/Benet Tip-Off Tournament. Emma Donahue added 12 points for the No. 13 Redhawks (3-1). In other action No. 10 Benet (4-0) beat Metea Valley 56-40 and No. 2 Bartlett defeated Trinity 61-50.
Montini 57, Oswego 20: Whitney Holloway poured in 22 points for the No. 1 Broncos (2-0) at the Geneva Invitational.
West Chicago 43, Lyons Twp. 32: Mary Connolly powered in 16 points and Claire Monroe 14 for the Wildcats (3-0) at the Lyons Tournament.
Lisle 42, Woodstock 34: The Lions outscored Woodstock 8-0 in overtime for a win at the Burlington Central Tournament. Stephanie Petkovsek scored 12 points and Nicole Urban 10 for Lisle (2-2).
Glenbard West 41, Glenbard East 31: Bridget Flanagan scored 10 points and Cayla Herbst 8 for the Hilltoppers (1-2) at the Rachel Bach Memorial Tournament in Lombard. Lauren Pusinelli paced Glenbard East (0-2) with 10 points.
East Aurora 42, Willowbrook 31: The Tomcats outscored the host Warriors 16-4 in the fourth quarter to rally at the Willowbrook Tournament. Angela Bruno scored 8 points and Ellen Wright 7 for Willowbrook (0-4).
