Naperville North d. WW South: Corinne Gajcak had 12 kills and 13 digs and the Huskies outlasted the Tigers 25-23, 13-25, 28-26 in Wheaton. Ashley Crawford added 9 kills and Sami Scroggins 5 kills for Naperville North (6-3, 3-0 DuPage Valley Conference). Kate Phalen had 9 kills, 3 digs and 3 aces, Shealyn Kolosky 8 kills and 2 aces, Amy Drabant 6 kills, 24 assists and 10 digs and Jacky Rodriguez 15 digs for WW South (7-3, 2-2).

Benet d. St. Viator: Meghan Haggerty had 9 kills and 2 blocks, and the Redwings (7-3, 1-0 East Suburban Catholic) opened conference action with a 25-18, 25-18 win in Lisle. Lara Ontko added 8 kills, 4 aces and 5 digs, Alyson Farm 4 kills and 8 digs, McKenzie Kuhn 5 kills and Jenna Jendryk 4 kills.
