No-wake order lifted on Fox:Water levels have decreased on the lower Fox River, allowing Fox Waterway Agency officials to end a no-wake order for boaters on Friday afternoon. Boaters still should be aware of debris that may have shifted during recent flooding.New University Center members:Eastern Illinois University and Olivet Nazarene University are the latest members of the University Center on College of Lake County's campus in Grayslake. EIU will bring its bachelor of arts in general studies program to University Center, while Olivet Nazarene will offer a bachelor of science in nursing and master of science in nursing programs. University Center will host a college fair from 6 to 8 p.m. July 15 at the facility on 1200 University Center Drive in Grayslake.Around-the-clock spiritual care at Condell:Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville has announced two chaplains have been added to the staff so 24-hour-a-day spiritual care for patients can be provided. Chaplain Jessica Harren of Lake Villa will work nights. Chaplain Patrick Ames of Libertyville will work in the day and also serve as manager. Two other chaplains already in place will be on the day and night shifts.District 79 hires two administrators:The Fremont Elementary District 79 school board has approved the hiring of Kara Coglianese as assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction and Michael Tanner as director of business services. Coglianese replaces Lynette Zimmer, who accepted the position of superintendent in Prairie Grove School District 46 in Crystal Lake. Tanner replaces Andrew Searle, who accepted the director of business position in District 46. Coglianese was selected from 60 applicants and Tanner from 50 applicants. Coglianese taught and was director of learning at District 21 in Wheeling. Tanner has served as director of finance and operations for Glencoe School District 35, assistant superintendent for finance and operations for Prairie Grove School District 46, and as business manager for Mascoutah District 19. He is in the United States Air Force Reserve, serving as a contingency airlift director.
