Bridge Communities

The shop is run by the National Alliance on Mental Illness, DuPage Chapter. It provides work experience for people with mental illness and uses proceeds to support the not-for-profit organization's programs.

Items most needed include women's and men's clothing, household goods, small appliances, books and jewelry. Donations need to be clean and in good condition.

Teen Parent Connection works with young parents to help them develop parenting skills, self-esteem and self-sufficiency. The organization also provides pregnancy prevention program to middle- and high-school students.
