Fox Valley Festival Chorus plans garage sale fundraiser Aug. 1-2

The Fox Valley Festival Chorus plans a summer garage and craft sale "Treasures, Treats and ?" to help support its 2014-2015 Lincoln Center performance season.

The sale will be held Friday, Aug. 1 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturday, Aug. 2 from 9 a.m. to noon. It will be held is 377 Wildwood Drive, North Aurora.

Items available for sale will include music and music-related items including a set of choir robes and numerous sets of church choir anthems and cantatas, purses and other accessories, toys, tools, books, costume jewelry, Russian stacking dolls, collector plates, knickknacks, and a variety of other unique and gently used items.

In addition, there will be a number of handcrafted and upcycled crafted items for sale.

Information about the group, including how to join this community chorus and sing at Lincoln Center in the spring will also be available.
