Visiting Chef Series Features COD Culinary Faculty, Waterleaf Executive Chef

College of DuPage Culinary Associate Professor David Kramer puts the finishing touches on Short Rib Fingerling Hash as part of a recent COD Foundation Visiting Chef Dinner. The event features a menu prepared by Waterleaf Executive Chef Nadia Tilkian, Sous Chef William Chamberlain, Pastry Chef Gayle Marcotte and COD Culinary faculty, including Kramer, Chef Nancy Carey, Chef Tim Meyers and Chef Christopher Thielman. The Visiting Chef Series raises funds for student scholarships and three $3,000 scholarships will be awarded to culinary students from the 2013 series. Click here for more photos.
