R.M. Chin Promotes Beth Tatro to Director -Corporate Development
R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (R.M. Chin) is pleased to announce the promotion of Beth Tatro to Director - Corporate Development. In this new role, Beth will ensure our firm's corporate communications, marketing, and professional development programs are aligned with R.M. Chin's culture and long-term strategic goals. She will also work closely with the President and other members of the Executive team to advance initiatives for service line growth and new business partnerships.

Beth's six-year tenure with R.M. Chin has given her a keen understanding of the firm's needs as she looks to implement policies and programs to help shape its future. Her industry knowledge, combined with her skillset in strategic planning, programming, communications, and relationship management - will serve her well in this new role.
Beth is no stranger to the heavy highway transportation industry. For the last 15 years, she has worked with leaders across Chicagoland to promote transportation, most recently supporting the Illinois Tollway's $14 billion, 15-year capital program. Earlier in her career, Beth pioneered advocacy campaigns, leadership programs, and educational seminars for the Illinois Road and Transportation Builders Association.
Beth earned in a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Purdue University.
