Listening Room welcomes singer/songwriter Steve Sebby

The Listening Room at Lakeside Legacy presents "First Friday Open Mic Night" with singer/songwriter Steve Sebby Nov. 7.

Every type of art genre is welcome - poetry, solo instrument, comedy, story telling, or even spoken word.

This event takes place directly after the monthly First Friday art exhibit in the Sage and Dole galleries.

Stroll through the art exhibit from 5 to 8 p.m., and stay after for the open mic night in the Listening Room beginning at 8 p.m.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at www.LakesideLegacy.org or by contacting the box office at (815) 455-8000. A cash bar will be available during the event.

The Listening Room is located within Lakeside Legacy Arts Park, 401 Country Club Road, Crystal Lake. Lakeside Legacy is a 501(c)3 charitable organization and is also home to the Historic Dole Mansion.
