Baked Chicken and Beef Casserole

1 package (11 ounces) prepared, creamed chipped beef (thawed if frozen)4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half 8 slices bacon1 can (10.7 ounces) condensed mushroom soupfrac12; cup sour creamPaprika

Heat oven to 275 degrees. Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.Layer chipped beef on bottom of prepared pan. Wrap bacon around chicken and place pieces on top of beef.In a medium bowl, stir combine soup and sour cream until well combined; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and bake 2frac12; hours.Serves eight.Cook's note: Look for creamed chipped beef in the freezer case or in the breakfast or prepared food aisles.
