Cary-Grove tops Huntley

Cary-Grove 47, Huntley 31: The Trojans (14-11, 8-2) carried a 25-16 lead into halftime and never looked back as they picked up a Fox Valley (Valley Division) victory over Huntley (14-11, 3-6) at home, securing their share of the Valley title.

Chad McCarron paced the Trojans offensively, recording 17 points while Matt Jones also turned in a double-digit performance with 11 points. The Red Raiders were led by Tyler Brunschon who tied McCarron for game-high honors with 17 points.
