Tax Help for Seniors: 1-4 p.m. Mondays, beginning Feb. 2, Vernon Area Public Library District, 300 Olde Half Day Road, Lincolnshire. A trained AARP volunteer will help senior citizens complete their income tax forms. Please bring a copy of last year's tax. AARP income tax assistance: 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays, BACOA office, 600 Garlands Lane, suite 100, Barrington; and from 8 a.m.-11 a.m. Saturdays, 201 Hough St., Barrington, Thursdays through Saturday, April 11. Free Tax Preparation: 9 a.m. to noon. (by appointment) Saturdays through April 11, Ela Area Public Library, 275 Mohawk Trail, Lake Zurich. Free tax preparation help is available for seniors 60 years or older, families with incomes of $35,000 or less and individuals with incomes of $25,000 or less. Free, ongoing support group for caregivers that regularly care for or about a person who is 60 or older, or for those 60 or older who are raising a grandchild.
