•Thieves stole a 125-hp outboard motor valued at $5,000 from a boat dry docked at Port of Blarney, 27843 Grass Lake Road, on an unknown date but reported Feb. 9.
Grayslake
•Philip T. Riley, 20, of the 500 block of Venice Road, McHenry, was arrested around 6:25 p.m. Feb. 11 at College of Lake County, 19351 Washington St., after a security agent saw Riley standing in a line and smelled alcohol on his breath, and a sheriff's deputy determined he was intoxicated. The deputy told Riley to call for a ride home because he would not be admitted to the program. He ran away when the deputy left to write a ticket. The deputy took the ticket to Riley's home.
Gurnee
•Jessica S. Albers, 26, of the 10600 block of West Eastwood Road, Beach Park, was arrested around 3 p.m. Feb. 17 at Sears Grand, 6136 Route 132, and charged with retail theft after she took clothes valued at $109.
•Burglars stole a satellite radio valued at $20 out of an unlocked 2009 Honda SUV in a driveway on the 36400 block of Traer Terrace between noon Feb. 14 and 6 a.m. Feb. 16.
•Vandals hurled bricks through two garage windows at a home under construction on the 35000 block of Oak Knoll overnight Feb. 13-14.

•Vandals shot a BB-gun pellet that shattered a patio door at a home on the 25000 block of Marshall Avenue around 12:05 a.m. Feb. 7. Damage was estimated at more than $300.
•Vandals shot BB-gun pellets that broke the rear window on a 2008 Toyota minivan on the 36100 block of Wilson Road overnight Feb. 7-8. Damage was estimated at $500. •Vandals shot BB-gun pellets into a glass patio door at a home on the 27300 block of Nippersink Road overnight Feb. 7-8. Damage was estimated at $300.
Island Lake
•Russell A. Johnson, 33, of the 0-100 block of Hilltop Drive, Lake in the Hills, was arrested around 11:15 p.m. Feb. 17 on the 4000 block of Roberts Road and charged with obstructing a peace officer, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. His court date is March 29.
Lake Villa
•Vandals shot BB-gun pellets that broke a front window at a home on the 25200 block of Monaville Road between 12:30 and 9:10 a.m. Feb. 7. Damage was estimated at $150.
•Vandals shot pellets into a driver's-side window on a 2002 GMC Envoy on the 36600 block of Eastmoor Avenue overnight Feb. 7-8. Damage was estimated more than $300.
Mundelein
•Nikolai Bjelopetrovich, 17, of the 33500 block of North Lake Shore Drive, Grayslake, was arrested around 4 p.m. Feb. 11 at Hickory and High streets and charged with traffic violations and manufacture/delivery of marijuana, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and possession of tobacco by a minor. His court date is March 13.
Round Lake
•Mark W. Reich, 20, of the 37900 block of North Dewey Avenue, Spring Grove, was arrested around 1:15 a.m. Feb. 7 on the 1900 block of Windsor Drive and charged with disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic violations after he set fire to paper containing dog feces and threw it into a victim's window well, then drove off and an officer stopped his car. His court date is March 17.
Round Lake Beach
•Vandals smashed the rear window on a vehicle on the 1500 block of Round Lake Drive between 5 p.m. Feb. 9 and 9 a.m. Feb. 10.
•Vandals shot BB-gun pellets that smashed the rear window on a vehicle and a window at a home on the 300 block of West Glenwood overnight Feb. 9-10.
•Sarah J. Kelly, 28, of the 3300 block of Chapel Hill, Johnsburg, was arrested around 5 p.m. Feb. 10 and charged with felony retail theft after she stole merchandise valued at $1,087 from Kohl's, 230 E. Rollins Road, and drove away. Officers found her car at a motel in Johnsburg.
Vernon Hills
•Vibhav Gupta, 18, of the 1600 block of West Broadland Lane, Lake Forest, and Cliff Lee, 22, of the 200 block of West Arden Lane, Round Lake, were arrested Feb. 13 on the 200 block of North Southfield Drive. Gupta was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (marijuana pipe), and Lee was charged with resisting an officer. Their court date is March 9.
Wauconda
•Vandals shot BB-gun pellets that shattered the rear window on a 1993 Chrysler minivan at a home on the 26900 block of Grace Street around 9:15 p.m. Feb. 5. Damage was estimated at $500.
