Bowtie Greek pasta salad

1 pound bowtie pasta, cooked and chilled

6 ounces feta cheese, cut in small cubes

1 cup kalamata olives, pitted

1 pint grape tomatoes, halved

1 small green pepper, julienned

½ red onion, julienned

¾-1 cup favorite herb, garlic and red wine vinegar dressing, such as Good Seasons

Combine pasta, feta, olives, tomatoes, green pepper and red onion. Chill well. Just before serving toss with dressing.

Serves eight.

Nutrition values per serving: 340 calories, 10 g fat (3 g saturated), 52 g carbohydrates, 3 g fiber, 13 g protein, 10 mg cholesterol, 1020 mg sodium.
