WW South 1, West Chicago 0: Julianne LaFleur tossed a 3-hitter, striking out five, as the visiting Tigers (16-14, 6-6 DuPage Valley Conference) dropped West Chicago (22-8, 8-3) into a tie with Glenbard North atop the DVC. Mary Connolly (19-5) struck out five for West Chicago.

Wheaton North 7, Naperville Central 2: Paige Wilson's 3-run homer in the bottom of the third broke a scoreless tie in Wheaton. Kelsey Ullrich doubled and drove in 2 runs for Wheaton North (19-9, 5-7 DVC). Kelsey Gonzalez went 2-for-4 with a homer for Naperville Central (18-12, 7-5).

Naperville North 10, Glenbard East 0: Caitlyn Warren went 3-for-4 with 2 triples and Kendall Vassar 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles for the host Huskies (15-12, 6-5 DVC).

Lisle 8, Dakota 4: Bekka Houda (10-5) struck out 10 for the Lions (16-9) in a first-round game at the Lisle Invitational.

Neuqua Valley 12, Elgin 0: Jenna Marsalli hit her area-leading 10th homer and Colleen Hohman went deep for the eighth time. Sarah Gronowski was 2-for-3 with a double and 4 RBI for Neuqua (21-9, 12-5 Upstate Eight Conference).

Leyden 4, Downers Grove South 1: Morgan Maize struck out six and Ciara Mackey homered as Leyden (23-6, 9-1 West Suburban Gold) handed the visiting Mustangs (22-5, 10-1) their first conference loss.

St. Francis 10, Wheaton Academy 0: Emily Karpinski homered and drove in 3 runs and Laura Behnke had 4 RBI for St. Francis (19-9, 10-4 Suburban Christian Conference Blue).

Montini 10, Northside Prep 0: Tori Shipbaugh went 3-for-3 with a double, triple and 3 RBI for the Broncos (15-15) in Lombard.
