Tianna Brown powered in 19 points for the No. 2 Broncos at the Geneva Tournament. Kateri Stone added 11 points and Nikia Edom 9 for Montini (2-0), who outscored Antioch 18-3 in the third quarter to open up what was a 14-point halftime lead.

Neuqua Valley 54, Conant 44:

Kristen Moore scored 14 points and Amarah Coleman 11 to pace the 10th-ranked Wildcats (4-0) at the York Thanksgiving Tournament. Allison Hedrick added 9 points and Najee Smith 8.

York 65, Prospect 49:

The Dukes raced out to a 38-21 halftime lead and never looked back at the York Thanksgiving Tournament. Megan Holmes scored 14 points and AnnaBell Lansdowne 13 for York (4-0), which plays Neuqua tonight in a matchup of the two tournament unbeatens.

Wheaton North 60, St. Charles North 36:

Mandy Traversa poured in 17 points and Chrissy Baird 16 for the Falcons (1-3) at the York Thanksgiving Tournament.

WW South 40, Glenbrook South 23:

The No. 11 Tigers (4-0) outscored the Titans 17-4 in the third quarter to race to a win at the Schaumburg Tournament. Meghan Waldron scored 15 points and Maggie Dansdill and Kasey Gassensmith each added 8 for WW South.

Benet 63, North Chicago 25:

Nicole Valentine scored 18 points and the sixth-ranked Redwings (3-1) rolled at the Naperville Central/Benet Tip-Off Tournament.

Metea Valley 55, Rockford Auburn 35:

Lori Obendorf dominated the paint with 26 points and 9 rebounds at the Naperville Central/Benet Tip-Off Tournament. Megan Geldernick dished out 6 assists and Amira Turner had 6 steals for the Mustangs (1-3).

Glenbard South 43, Downers Grove North 40:

Patrice Hicks powered in 20 points to pace the Raiders (3-1) at the Rachel Bach Memorial Tournament in Lombard. Glenbard South will play Glenbard West, a 43-29 winner over Rosary, in tonight's championship game.

Lake Park 61, North Lawndale 42:

Alexis Hahn scored 23 points and Alyssa Hernandez 18 for the Lancers (3-1) at the Elk Grove/Lake Park Thanksgiving Tournament.

Lyons Twp. 56, West Chicago 39:

Allie Tapanes scored 19 points and Laura Panicali 10 for the No. 14 Wildcats at the Lyons Tournament.
