Cary-Grove Area Chamber hosts ribbon cutting for Brothers' BBQ Food Truck
On Thursday, April 29, the Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting to celebrate and reveal Brothers' BBQ Food Truck's new design and truck wrap. The ribbon cutting took place at Spirit Water Brewery Distillery Taproom, 3300 Three Oaks Road in Cary.
Brothers BBQ Food Truck recently had their truck reinvented with an eye capturing high quality, digitally printed graphic wrap. Vehicle wrapping is a technique used mostly on commercial vehicles for advertising and branding purposes.
Jim Metallo, owner of Brothers BBQ Food Truck, takes pride in being a local and family-owned business.
"Our authentic Chicago-style BBQ is unique to our truck, providing a spin on classic midwestern BBQ," says Metallo, "Our meats and other menu items are of the highest quality and prepared with great care to assure the best culinary experience for our customers."
Brothers' BBQ Food Truck meats are seasoned with their signature Bothers' BBQ Rub then slow smoked the night before each event with apple and hickory for a full, bold flavor. They also have their own Brothers' BBQ sauce served at the truck and available for purchase. Their menu has pulled pork, rib tips, chicken tenders and sandwiches, along with waffle fries and cheese curds. They also have a "sercret menu" that they encourage patrons to ask about.
Brothers' BBQ Food Truck can be found all over the Northwest suburbs, from private events to public locations, like Spirit Water.
