CareCoach: Lake Forest Hospital's CareCoach mobile health unit offers Lake County residents childhood immunizations and health screenings, including blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and asthma. Children can receive all routine childhood immunizations. The cost of an immunization is $10, but no one is denied services due to inability to pay. Patients can call up to one week in advance to schedule an appointment. Fees are on a sliding scale. A $10 co-pay is required at the time of service (this excludes high school students and Medicaid clients). No one will be refused treatment due to inability to pay.
