The Gift That Gives: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, Antioch United Methodist Church, 848 Main St., Antioch. Features items from around the world, including gifts, jewelry and home decor by third world artisans from Ten Thousand Villages; handmade Appalachian crafts from Red Bird Mission in Kentucky; natural soaps and spa products from The Enterprising Kitchen and Fair Trade coffee, cocoa, tea and chocolate. Sneak peek and benefit: 6-9 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17, J. Crew, 682 North Bank Lane in Market Square, Lake Forest. Shoppers can get a sneak peek of the new location before its official opening and a portion of the evening's proceeds will go to benefit Lake Forest Hospital. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served, and shoppers will receive a 10 percent discount and a gift at the end of the evening.
