Cop on a Roof Top: 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, May 22, Dunkin' Donuts, 34484 N Route 45, Third Lake. Deputies from the Lake County Sheriff's Office will take to the roof of Dunkin' Donuts to raise money and awareness for the Special Olympics. Benefit Concert: 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 22, Wheeling High School, 900 S Elmhurst Road, Wheeling. The London, Holmes and MacArthur Middle School Jazz Bands will join the Wheeling High School Jazz Bands for concert to benefit WHS Jazz Band 1 and their trip to the Montreux, Switzerland, and Umbria, Italy, Jazz Festivals in July. WINGS Charity Ride: Riders who register by Thursday, May 28, will receive a T-shirt, commemorative pin, lunch and one poker hand. Event begins at 9 a.m. Sunday, June 7, at Bootleggers, 25491 W. Old Grass Lake Road, Antioch. Motorcyclists are invited to ride to benefit Women In Need Growing Stronger. The route takes riders through approximately 100 miles of Illinois and Wisconsin roads. Stops include JQ Foxes, Lily Lakes Resort, Horizontal's and JR's Broken Inn. Event includes lunch, raffle prizes, poker hands, live music and a vendor fair will all be part of the action this year.
