Lovell Federal Health Care Center to host Tele-Town Hall May 13; COVID-19 pandemic response part of discussion

All are invited to participate in the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center's next Community Tele-Town Hall from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, May 13.

Healthcare concerns about COVID-19 coronavirus will be a topic. Additionally, the town hall is an opportunity to learn about Department of Veterans Affairs and TRICARE health care programs and services, and to participate in an interactive question and answer session led by Lovell FHCC Director Dr. Robert Buckley and Deputy Director/Commanding Officer Capt. Gregory Thier.

The tele-town hall is done in a format akin to a radio talk show. Participants provide their phone numbers and receive an automated call prior to the start of the town hall asking them to join. Then they have the chance to ask their question to a screener and are placed in the queue to potentially voice their question in front of the live audience. Participants who can't listen to the entire call may leave voice mails with their questions. All questions left on voice mail during and after the call will be answered.

To participate, email fhcc.feedback@va.gov your name and your phone number by 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 12.
