Enjoy the magic of 'Disney Frozen Jr.' fundraiser

Bring your money and "let it go" for a great cause!

"Disney Frozen Jr." benefits Schaumburg Park District's cultural arts program and features a special performance of the popular Disney film and Broadway musical.

"Disney Frozen Jr." is sponsored by Schaumburg Bank & Trust, N.A., a Wintrust Community Bank. This special fundraising performance, copresented by the Schaumburg Park Foundation, takes place Nov. 14 and continues with standard performances Nov. 15-17.

Performances take place at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road. The show brings Elsa, Anna and the magical land of Arendelle to life onstage.

"The music and characters from the movie 'Frozen' continue to be a favorite for children and parents alike," said Beth Waller, cultural arts supervisor. "We love putting on these shows and hope this fundraiser will allow us to continue developing productions for our community."

Tickets for the fundraiser include table seating, food catered by Chandler's and a wine and beer cash bar. There will be a silent auction with prizes. Attendees who reserve an entire table will have their family name or business listed in the playbill.

Upcoming show times include:

• 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14

• 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15

• 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16

• 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17

Tickets for the fundraising performance Nov. 14 cost $50 per person. Performance tickets for Nov. 15-17 cost $14 for adults and $9 for youth 12 years and younger. Admission is free for children ages 2 and younger, if being held.
