Busy Brains Children's Museum Hosts Casino Night Fundraiser in Antioch

Busy Brains Children's Museum will host its 10th annual "Brain Builder 2019: Casino Royale" Friday, April 26 from 7:00 p.m.- 11:00 p.m., at Anastasia's Restaurant in Antioch, IL.

The theme for this year's event is "Casino Royale". In addition to hors d'oeuvres, cash bar and sweet table, the evening will include the fun and excitement of playing in a casino atmosphere with games like blackjack, craps and roulette.

Other planned events include a wine pull, silent auction and raffle. Proceeds from the event will support Busy Brains and its mission of learning through play and allowing its traveling museum exhibits to reach new populations across northern Illinois with free or reduced rental rates.

Busy Brains Children's Museum was co-founded in 2004 by area elementary educators, Alison Price and Kathy Goers and is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization. To date the organization has served more than 60,000 area families with its travelling exhibitions. Busy Brains Children's Museum is a member of the Association of Children's Museums, Illinois Association of Museums and the Lindenhurst/Lake Villa Chamber of Commerce.
