Audition Date Announced for 2019 Senior Follies at the Prairie Center

Looking to demonstrate that talent has no age limit, auditions will be held for Schaumburg's annual Senior Follies variety show on Thursday, April 4 at 2 pm and 7 pm.

Area residents 62 and up are invited to audition. Acts should be no longer than 5 minutes. A piano accompanist will be provided. No appointment is necessary and there is no fee to participate. Those auditioning should also bring with them a 5-6 sentence bio.

A mandatory rehearsal will be held on Thursday, April 11 at 2 pm.

The Senior Follies performance will be held on Sunday, April 14 at 2 pm. Tickets, $5 can be purchased at www.prairiecenter.org or by calling 847-895-3600.

Auditions, rehearsal and performance will be held at the Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts, 201 Schaumburg Ct., Schaumburg, IL.

Senior Follies is a program of the Village of Schaumburg.
