Elmhurst Symphony Musicians at Mayslake Series opens season Nov. 18

The Elmhurst Symphony Musicians in Performance at Mayslake opens its 2018-19 season with "Bolling: Toot Suite" at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, at Mayslake Peabody Estate, 1717 W. 31st St. in Oak Brook.

The Bolling Team Ensemble, with flutist Claudia Cryer, pianist Jeremy Kahn, bassist Alison Gaines and Andrew Cierney on drums, will play Claude Bolling's Suite for Flute and Jazz Piano Trio No. 1.

The program also includes music by Villa-Lobos, Fauré, Bach and Duke Ellington. Come and enjoy a delightful autumn afternoon with this stellar group of musicians in the beautiful setting of Mayslake.
