Memorial Day Remembrance

The Bloomingdale Historical Society, the Village of Bloomingdale and the

Bloomingdale VFW Post 7539 will again sponsor the annual Memorial Day

Remembrance program on Monday, May 30 at 9:30 a.m. The observance will be held at St. Paul's Cemetery on Lake Street in Bloomingdale.

The gathering is to honor men and women who have served our country, and a

special invitation is made to all veterans in our community. The placing of

flags and a gun salute will be part of the program, as well as special patriotic music

performed by The Legends Choral Ensemble. Chairs are limited, so please bring lawn chairs or a blanket. Remember your umbrellas if the weather is unpleasant.
