'Traditions in Excellence' a gourmet delight

Diners at the 14th annual Traditions in Excellence event enjoy a sit-down feast prepared by students enrolled in the Hospitality Administration program. Check out this photo album from the event! In the past, proceeds from the fundraising event have helped build the culinary theater and the Escoffier Dining Room.
