Alexis Hahn poured in 21 points, and the Lancers outscored Neuqua 35-19 in the second half to rally in Roselle. Amanda Prosperi added 10 points for Lake Park (13-14, 5-7 Upstate Eight Valley). Malia Smith scored 13 points and Alexa Wilde 11 for Neuqua (19-7, 7-5).

Colleen Krawczykowski scored 13 points and Jenna Dalton 8 for the visiting Warriors.
