"Straight Talk about Women's Health Issues" from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18. Class Code: 3W33. Women have unique health concerns and conditions. Kelly Simkins, DO will explore numerous topics and share in a candid discussion of the many health conditions that affect women.

"What Color is Your Heart?" from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1. Class Code: 3C78. Did you know the color of your heart can be determined by certain risk factors? Irina Staicu, MD., board certified cardiologist will discuss various cardiac risk factors such as metabolic syndrome, obesity, genetics and weight management.

"Laughter is the Best Medicine" from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15. Class Code: 3M32. Some researchers think laughter just might be the best medicine, helping you feel better and putting that spring back in your step. In the last few decades, researchers have studied laughter's effect on the body. Join Christopher Bibby, Psy.D., will share how laughter and mood affect our overall health.

Digestive disorders can range from the occasional upset stomach, heartburn and nausea to the more serious and life-threatening colorectal cancer. Please join gastroenterologist Dr. Benjamin Dolin for an informative discussion on Irritable Bowel Syndrome, diverticulitis and colon and other common disorders.
