Westmoreland Road, Lake Forest; 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays at Grayslake Outpatient & Acute Care Center, 1475 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake; and 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays at Gurnee Brookside Medical Building, 36100 N. Brookside Drive, Gurnee; while supplies last. The conventional vaccine is $30, nasal spray and mercury-free vaccines are $40. Cash is preferred. Lake Forest Hospital is not able to bill insurance, but the hospital will bill Medicare. Blood Pressure Testing: The Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center will offer blood pressure testing and education for adults at no charge to Lake County residents at the following times and places:

• 10:30 a.m. to noon Monday, Dec. 14, Park Place Senior Center, 414 S. Lewis, Waukegan.

Immunization Clinics for Children: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays; 1-3 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; 1-6 p.m. Thursdays; and 9-11 a.m. the second Saturday of each month, Lake County Health Department Belvidere Medical Building Annex, 2303 Dodge Avenue, Waukegan. Children can receive all routine childhood immunizations. The cost of an immunization is $10, but no one is denied services due to inability to pay. Parents are asked to bring their children's past immunization records. If a child has an immunization letter from a school nurse, it should also be brought to the clinic. No appointment necessary. Crisis Counseling: 24-Hours a day, 3002 Grand Ave., Waukegan. The Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center offers walk-in and telephone crisis counseling and referrals for Lake County residents experiencing emotional stress. Counselors are available 24 hours a day. For assistance, call (847) 377-8088. A TDD, hearing-impaired phone line is available at (847) 360-2905.

HIV Testing: Monday through Friday, Belvidere Medical Building, 2400 Belvidere Road, Room 132, Waukegan. The Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center offers free anonymous and confidential HIV testing. No appointment necessary. Weight Watchers: Weigh-ins begin at 5:30 p.m., meeting at 6 p.m., Thursdays at the Lakefront Park Building, 71 Nippersink Blvd., Fox Lake.

Aquacise: 10:45-11:30 a.m. and 7:15-8 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays, Round Lake Area Park District Aquatics, Fitness Center & Nature Museum, 860 Hart Road, Round Lake. Low impact aerobic for men and women of all ages. $35 for a punch card of 10. For information, call (847) 546-8558.

STD clinics: Registration begins at 8 a.m. Tuesdays and 3 p.m. Thursdays, Belvidere Medical Building, 2400 Belvidere Road, Waukegan. The Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center offers confidential clinics for the screening and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases. Patients can call up to one week in advance to schedule an appointment. Fees are on a sliding scale. A $10 co-pay is required at the time of service (this excludes high school students and Medicaid clients). No one will be refused treatment due to inability to pay. Caregiver Support Group: 1:30-3:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Warren Township Senior Center, 17801 W. Washington Street, in Gurnee. Free, ongoing support group for caregivers that regularly care for or about a person who is 60 or older, or for those 60 or older who are raising a grandchild. Multiple Sclerosis Self-Help Group: 7-9 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month, Libertyville Civic Center, 135 W. Church St., Libertyville. Positive, practical and educational conversation about living with MS. Speakers include neurologists, physical therapists, legislators, MS experts and people living with MS. Drop-in Grief Support Group: Noon-1:30 p.m., Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter, 2050 Claire Court, Glenview. Grief support group is free to the general public. Call (800) 331-5484.

Open Yoga Practice: 6:15-7:30 p.m. Thursdays, Highland Park Hospital Health and Fitness Center, 1501 Busch Parkway, Buffalo Grove. Thursdays with Adam, a supervised self practice, where each student moves through the practice at his or her own pace and level, will be held Thursdays. Open practice is appropriate for anyone who has developed a good sense of self awareness, usually a practitioner with at least nine months of experience. Class is free and open to anyone.
