Ribbon-cutting: 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 23, Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins, 3925 Fountain Square Place, Waukegan. Candle Party: 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, Handmade Specialties, 202 E. Main St. Round Lake Park. Free soy container candle making demonstrations, free appetizers from 1-2 p.m., raffles. Guests will have the opportunity to make heir own soy container candle and mix their own scents, colors and wax for $10. The first 25 guests to RSVP will receive a 20 percent off discount.
