Lake Zurich Haunted House: 7:30-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Oct. 23 and 24 and 30 and 31, at the Barn in Paulus Park, 200 S. Rand Road, Lake Zurich. The Lake Zurich Park and Recreation Department's annual Haunted House featuring a two-story maze. Best suited for ages 10 and older. Admission for evening hours is $8 per person. A children's matinee where youngsters can trick-or-treat through the maze will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24 and 31. Matinee admission is $3 per person.
