Food Preservation Class: 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, University of Illinois Extension, 100 S. U.S. Highway 45, Grayslake. The class topic will be "Freezing and Dehydrating," discussing preserving herbs and how to blanch a product for freezing, with a tasting of previously frozen and dehydrated foods.
