St. Alphonsus Ligouri rummage sale: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday June 13; noon-3 p.m. Sunday June 14, St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic School, 411 N. Wheeling Road in Prospect Heights. A special pre-sale is open to the public from 6-10 p.m. Friday, June 12, admission is $4. Concessions available. Donations may be brought to the gym from noon-3 p.m. Sunday, June 7; and 9 a.m.-9 p.m. June 8-11. All items should be in clean, working order. Old computers cannot be accepted.

"Worlds Biggest Yard Sale": 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 13, Lions Park, 81 E. Main St., Lake Zurich. The Lake Zurich Lions Club will host "The World's Biggest Yard Sale." Farmers market: Our Lady of the Brook Catholic Community will be the site of a weekly farmers market in Northbrook this summer. The market will kick off on Wednesday, June 24, and will be held every Wednesday through Oct. 14 from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. The market will feature dozens of vendors, selling the freshest produce, flowers, organic foods, artisan cheeses, baked goods and much more.
