"Send a Kid to Camp" golf outing: Breakfast at 7:30 a.m., shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, May 21, Renwood Golf Course, 701 E. Shorewood Road, Round Lake Beach. Breakfast, golf, lunch, prizes and a silent auction are included for a donation of $100 per golfer, which helps provide camp scholarships for local children. The Mundelein Park & Recreation District's Diamond Lake Hypertour. All ages are invited to spend a day at the beach and watch wakeboarding competitors perform flips and tricks. Boating Safety Education Classes: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 20, Fox Lake Community Center, 23 South St., Fox Lake. The Village of Fox Lake Parks and Recreation and the Coast Guard Auxiliary of the State of Illinois is offering Boating Safety Education Classes, open to ages 12 and up. The cost is $40 per person.
