Take Charge of Your Health: 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Fridays April 17-May 8, Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, 450 W. Highway 22, Barrington. Six-week health education class for adults 60 and over. Topics include coping with fatigue, frustration, pain and isolation; exercising; using medications; communicating with family, friends and health professionals; nutrition; treatment options. Free. MHS Super Seniors event: 6 p.m., various days, Mundelein High School, 1350 W. Hawley St., Mundelein. Mundelein High School District 120 offers complimentary dinners and admittance to select high school cultural events for senior citizens who reside in the district. Tax Help for Seniors: 1-4 p.m. Mondays, Vernon Area Public Library District, 300 Olde Half Day Road, Lincolnshire. A trained AARP volunteer will help senior citizens complete their income tax forms.
