Take Charge of Your Health: 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Fridays April 17-May 8, Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, 450 W. Highway 22, Barrington. Six-week health education class for adults 60 and over. Topics include coping with fatigue, frustration, pain and isolation; exercising; using medications; communicating with family, friends and health professionals; nutrition; treatment options. Free. Tax Help for Seniors: 1-4 p.m. Mondays, Vernon Area Public Library District, 300 Olde Half Day Road, Lincolnshire. A trained AARP volunteer will help senior citizens complete their income tax forms.
