When the Warren Township High School varsity girls basketball team plays Libertyville, the Future Business Leaders of America will sell custom-designed pink T-shirts, chocolate cookies with pink sprinkles, and a variety of other items, with the proceeds going to the American Cancer Society.

St. Valentine's Classic: 8:40 a.m. until around 10 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, and 8:30 a.m. until around 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel and Convention Center, 1551 N. Thoreau Drive, Schaumburg. The Gym Spot in Mundelein hosts its 28th annual St. Valentine's Day Classic gymnastics event.
