Junior Woman's Club Scholarship: The Libertyville Junior Woman's Club is accepting applications for the 2009 Outstanding Female Student Award valued at $1,500. Applications are available at Cook Memorial Library, Libertyville High School, Vernon Hills High School and Carmel High School. The award will be presented to a female high school senior attending one of those schools, to be applied toward tuition, books or other educational expenses. Applications must be returned by Jan. 30. Working Mom Scholarship: The Libertyville Junior Woman's Club is accepting applications for the 2009 Outstanding Working Mom Scholarship.
