Dec. 22

Winter Break Baseball Clinic: Noon-2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22 for grades 4-6; Tuesday, Dec. 23 for grades 7-10, The Sports Academy's Multi-Sport Facility, 355 Hastings Drive, Buffalo Grove. Buffalo Grove High School's varsity baseball coach, Jeff Grybash, will join TSA's Baseball professionals to run players through a training session. Parents are encouraged to come and meet the coach and attend a 30-minute question and answer session following the 11/2-hour skills camp. $40 per player. Dec. 23

Open gym: 1-5 p.m. Tuesdays, Dec. 23 and 30; Friday, Dec. 26 and Monday, Dec. 29; 1-3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22; and 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Dec. 31, Grayslake Park District Rec Center, 240 Commerce Drive, Grayslake.
