A Country Christmas: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1 and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 24500 North Old McHenry Road between Quentin and Midlothian roads in Hawthorn Woods. Coffee and doughnuts will be offered at 9 a.m., and lunch will be available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Presented by St. Matthew Ladies Aid, the event will feature natural crafts, needlework, Christmas gifts, religious items, bakery goods, woodworking, toys, jewelry and more. Lake Zurich Lions Club's 20th Annual Holiday Bazaar and Market, with 100 booths of holiday-related arts, crafts and gifts, a bake sale, a raffle and lunch available. $3 per person.
