College of DuPage celebrates Islamic culture around the world
Shedding light on the history of Islam throughout the world, members of the College of DuPage Muslim Students' Association this week held several events designed to educate their peers on the vibrant culture.
The week-long celebration included "Islam Around the World," featuring displays on Islamic countries, including traditional garb, food and artifacts.

Additional events included an open mic, Friday prayer and a service project where students packed lunches for locals in need.
