Iris Construction Services completes tenant improvements in Cary

(Cary, IL - October 2015) Iris Construction Services is pleased to announce that the firm completed two tenant improvements last quarter.

Thermaseal Lakeside Insulation leased 18,000 square feet of industrial space. The deal was brokered by Entre Commercial Realty. Tenant improvements for Thermaseal Lakeside Insulation included an expansion of existing office, warehouse and office lighting, renovation of office space and overall general improvements.

3Gstore.com leased 9,000 square feet of industrial space. The tenant improvements included general improvements throughout the space with a focus on expanding the existing office, improving warehouse and office lighting and renovating the office space.

Both projects were completed ahead of schedule.
