Grant rallies past Antioch

Tom Blanchette pounded 9 kills and Grant's boys volleyball team rallied past Antioch 15-25, 25-13, 25-17 in North Suburban Conference action Monday night.

Ron Torres and Frank Tokarz added 7 and 6 kills, respectively, while Travis Fuchs had 3 blocks for the Bulldogs. Tokarz and Travis Sancken contributed a pair of blocks each. Tony Catinella was 41 of 42 setting with 14 assists, and Corey SaLee lofted 8 assists.

Mundelein d. North Chicago: The Mustangs won 25-8, 25-9 in North Suburban Conference play, as David Everding served 5 aces and Joey Tylka slammed 8 kills.

Mundelein also received 4 aces apiece from Blake Burton and Samuel Nelson.

Deerfield d. Libertyville: Michael Axe had 4 kills for the Wildcats in their 25-13, 25-22 loss.
