Waterleaf Restaurant hosts Chappellet Vineyards Wine Dinner April 25

Waterleaf restaurant in Glen Ellyn will host a Chappellet Vineyards wine dinner on Thursday, April 25, which will feature four wines from one of Napa Valley's most exclusive wineries.

Following a 6:30 p.m. reception, guests will enjoy a four-course, prix fixe dinner at Waterleaf at 7 p.m. prepared by Chef Nadia Tilkian and specially paired with selections from the renowned Chappellet cellars. Located above the valley in Pritchard Hill, Chappellet wines embody the elegance and complexity of California's finest fruits. More than 40 years ago, the Chappellets followed the advice of renowned winemaker André Tchelistcheff and settled on Pritchard Hill's rocky slopes, becoming the first winery to plant vineyards exclusively on high-elevation hillsides.

“We are thrilled to present Chappellet Vineyard as part of our wine dinner series,” said Jean Pierre Leroux, Waterleaf General Manager. “The wines from Chappellet have a depth and intensity that provides the perfect complement to Chef Nadia Tilkian's vivid menu.”
