Arts on the Green series wraps up Aug. 26 with 'Ladies of the Canyon'

On Saturday, Aug. 26, the Raue Center for the Arts is wrapping up its "Arts on the Green" series at 7 p.m. at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 210 McHenry Ave. in Crystal Lake.

SoundTracks of A Generation will present "Ladies of the Canyon: A Tribute to Linda Ronstadt and Joni Mitchell."

Heather Wood and Julie Miller will take the audience on a joyful, entertaining journey showcasing the best-loved songs by these groundbreaking artists who fearlessly challenged stylistic boundaries over their long careers creating timeless music.

In the event of inclement weather, the performance will be moved to the Raue Center's main auditorium. An email will be sent out 8 hours prior to the performance.

Tickets start at $25 ($17.50 for RaueNOW members) and may be purchased online at rauecenter.org or via the box office at (815) 356-9212 or 26 N. Williams St. in downtown Crystal Lake.

Space is limited at Arts on the Green so order tickets early. Patrons can bring blankets, chairs, and refreshments to enjoy while listening to entertainment in the great outdoors.
