Adopt a Grandparent with McHenry County holiday program

Fisher Outreach Group's 2021 holiday program will focus on the senior and senior veterans throughout McHenry County.

They have adopted the residents at the Fair Oaks Health Care Center in Crystal Lake and Lutheran Social Services of Illinois's Gable Point location in Crystal Lake. They will be working directly with seniors and senior veterans who are referred to the program.

There are many seniors in McHenry County who don't have family or friends as part of their support system. Seeing the great need in the community, Fisher Outreach Group decided to redirect the annual gift giving program for 2021 to local senior citizens.

Fisher Outreach Group Inc. is a McHenry County nonprofit organization that works on 100% volunteer power to provide assistance to area residents in need, assists other nonprofit organizations with their programs and works directly with veterans, seniors and local families in need.

Its goal is to provide holiday gifts and much needed necessities to these residents and to remind them that they are not alone or forgotten.
